First time purchase, **outstanding** customer service

This was our first time ordering from Anime Ape, and it was excellent. I had some struggle figuring out what size would be best, especially since many reviews say clothes runs small. Still made the wrong choice. Loved the quality, the print was excellent and shipping was great. Still, I reached out to customer service for exchange support, and WOW. We received the type of customer service most companies don't offer anymore. Very helpful, gracious, and responsive. Made it right for us immediately. Definitely the kind of business that I can feel comfy making a purchase with and know my money is going towards something I'll enjoy and be satisfied with.

like the styles and wears, I had a product that i was a little uncomfortable after purchase my Animeape made up for it and I look forward to purchasing some more of their grear products.

Trust worthy company with great clothing

There was an issue with the USPS shipping my package and they sent me a replacement. The sweats are great! The graphics are amazing and the sweats are soft. The only thing I don’t like is that the bottom of the legs aren’t elastic. Otherwise the pants and the company are great.

Great overall experience.

Customer service has been phenomenal. I feel like they take the time to respond to me when I reach out. The clothes I've bought look great. Sizes and stuff may be a bit difficult when trying to get a perfect match and the material could be a smidge better but overall, and cool and fun product to get.

Gym shorts should all have Pokemon on them

I bought two different Pokemon gym shorts from Anime Ape for my husband and he loves them. They’re super comfortable with their double layer and make sure there are no awkward moments during squats, only Pokemon peaking out. 10/10 recommend

Great site, great products, shorts run small

Everything about the website, shipping, and product was great! I bought a pair of shorts and the only reason I didn't rate them 5 stars is because the shorts ran a little small. Other than that, everything was awesome!

The best anime clothing around

The best anime clothing around. Sorry other places but you don't have the designs or the sizing anime ape has both. I've bought 4 shirts, gifted a jersey, and a seat cover. They did not miss. Small company does mean longer wait time but the quality the design is all worth it.

Very good designs in my opinion

Very good designs in my opinion. I love the selections available on the website. Though I always want more options, such as a matching sweat shirt design for some of the work out shorts. I ordered the galactic sailor moon shorts xl, and the butterfly konoichi hoodie 2xl. The hoodie fits loose enough for me, though I was surprised the fabric wasnt more stretchy, that's on me though for not seeing the fabric in the picture to be shiny and not stretchy. Haven't seen any issues with this product. The sailor moon work out shorts do have a slight pattern defect on the leg from where maybe the fabric wasnt laying right when they printed the pattern on it. They also are not as long as I was hoping for, but I am 6' 2" and have fairly long legs. I will say I will be ordering a 2xl on these next time as I dont think the xl was big enough for me. All that being said, I am thrilled with the products, I love them. And I will probably get some more soon.
