We had to make a sudden change in our travel plans (because of geopolitical issues) and decided to travel to Costa Rica in 3 days (2 adults and 3 children). Vicente was our agent and he seamlessly put together an amazing vacation for us in 2 days (hotels and excursions included) and within budget
The team was able to understand my family’s needs and all the tours were fabulous. I found any changes were accommodated. The drivers of our transportation were very nice and the cars were clean. Our favourite was the Anywhere transit van. I would also recommend that when they have longer drives, as from Arenal to Taramindo, they include a stop for washroom break in the itinerary and have cold water in their cars. This was not consistent. My granddaughter gets car sick easily and the roads are narrow and curvy, we had to ask the driver to stop on occasion and if this had been built in where there were washrooms it would have made our travel more seamless. Another recommendation is that our plans were changed at the last minute whereby my husband had a terrible fall in Toronto on the ice and was not able to travel. He was meeting us during the second stop on our itinerary a day early and we prepaid for one extra night which we didn’t use and the hotel was not able to replace this hotel night with another guest. I totally understand not receiving any credit but my customer service background says the hotel could have offered a fruit plate or complimentary lunch? They did nothing to acknowledge that we paid $1,000.00 USD, ($1,400.00 CDN) for this extra one unused room night. I had also booked three of their 40 rooms, for 5 nights, anyway as a family vacation we loved it! Braunny was very easy to reach and if he had overlooked something he acknowledged his mistake and corrected immediately. We enjoyed all the tour guides for every tour and our accommodations were as expected. Capitan Suiza is very well located and it was wonderful to be able to walk to town. The Tabacon Springs, our first 5 day stay provided a great location to travel to all our tours. It is a lovely hotel with 25 hot springs to use at our convenience included in our stay. The restaurant food was also very good.
This is my second time using Anywhere for trip planning and again very happy with the service. The itinerary is completely customizable. The trip planner was very responsive and available during the trip. Drivers were always on time.
They make tailoring a trip a breeze. Everything went exactly as planned, no worries. Took the anxiety out of travel.

I usually plan all the details for my trips, but at the recommendation of an acquaintance, I set up a phone call through the anywhere.com website to see what they might suggest for a first-time Costa Rica trip. Initially, I filled out a general questionnaire about what our interests and activity level was. Before the call, our agent Braunny Hidalgo sent us an outline of how our trip could look. After a few minutes of talking with him, he realized our interests lay more in exploring nature and having adventures rather than staying at more touristy beach areas. I suggested, he adjusted, and we agreed on a good itinerary that suited our budget, so we booked. Before we left, I enjoyed exploring the itinerary through the links on their website. Braunny was super responsive to any questions or concerns I had leading up to and throughout our trip. I was pretty confident that things would go well, and once we arrived, it could not have been more smooth. Every shuttle driver was on time, every connection was perfect, all the excursions were just as we had hoped, and the accommodations at all three destinations (Arenal, Manuel Antonio, Drake Bay) were delightful. We had enough free time built in to do a few extra activities at the last minute. I highly recommend this company, and will not hesitate to use them for future trips!
My husband and I had a wonderful time in a comfortable setting. The driver was very friendly and was willing to take us anywhere we needed to go. Definately recommend!
Vicente at Anywhere was awesome. All his colleagues were so also. Helped for everything and anything at anytime! Had the best last minute trip and for the fraction of the price the others offered. These guys are willing to work within my budget and have an agent on the ground who are updated with the latest vendors, itinerary gems and helped me plan a perfect trip and accommodate my dietary restrictions.
I highly recommend Anywhere.com to curate a fantastic trip. Gema planned a perfect itinerary. It was a surprise trip for my husband who did not know the itinerary (or destination for that matter) till the airport! We added an activity mid trip and took one away and it was seamless, Gema handled everything. We even asked her via WhatsApp what to tip our drivers! Everything was smooth and worked out perfectly.

We had a fantastic nature focused visit to Costa Rica. Harold customized our itinerary based on feedback and made everything easy on the ground. We contacted Anywhere several times during the trip for small issues, and we always got quick responses. Would recommend to anyone.

People were friendly, upbeat, happy. Vehicles were clean. Staff was knowledgeable and caring. Vincente is patient, easygoing, knowledgeable..very easy to work with.
Our agent, Braunny, asked all the right questions and designed an itinerary that had everything I asked for. All the drivers were prompt and friendly and the excursions were wonderful. The hotels were nice and clean and all the food was delicious. We had a wonderful time in Costa Rica!
Accessed a video zoom 1/22/26via the website with a pleasant young man, Karl, who asked questions about our contemplated trip to Portugal, said we would have a preliminary itinerary shortly. Emailed him 48 hours later, he said he would get right on it. Then, nothing. After calls (including his work and personal numbers), texts, emails, going through the website, nothing over the next 3 weeks. No acknowledgement of any of my communications, from anyone at Anywhere. I hope they are OK, not some corporate disaster. On the bright side, me and AI planned a hell of a trip.

He pivoted to new locations, activities, hotels as our family came to understand what we wanted from our trip and what experiences were priorities. He was patient and creative and we were so happy with all the tour operators/activities that we participated in.
We worked with Jessica to put together our dream honeymoon trip to Costa Rica and she's been absolutely fantastic! She is very responsive and thorough in providing details and answers to EVERY question we had - and there were a lot! We provided her with our rough idea of what areas we want to visit and activities we want to do along with our budget and she put everything together into a well-crafted online itinerary for us to review. She worked with us to add/remove/change items and the online platform they use is very nifty!
