Poor communication - DO NOT USE
Poor communication. Rude customer service. Sold items that they didn't have in stock. Expected me to sit in game for 5h waiting for them to invite me as opposed to sending a notification or email. They still haven't fulfilled my order in over 24 hours, with no excuse and no provided time frame. The ONLY way this company got a 4.5 rating is if their own people or BOTS provided positive reviews.

Dear Gary Falk， Thank you for your honest feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the terrible experience you had with us. To confirm, your order has now been fully completed. However, that does not undo the frustration and inconvenience we caused you. At the start of the new season, we experienced a much higher volume of orders than expected. As a result, we ran out of stock on several items you purchased, which led to delays in fulfilling your order. We fully acknowledge that we failed to communicate this clearly to you. You should never have been asked to sit in-game for 5 hours waiting for an invite without any proper notification via email or other channels. That was unacceptable, and we will be changing our process to ensure customers are kept informed in a timely manner. Regarding the rude customer service you mentioned — we take this very seriously. We will be strengthening our team's professional training to ensure that every interaction is respectful, helpful, and meets the standard our customers deserve. Please rest assured that this is being addressed internally. We do not take your 1-star review lightly. We believe the 4.5 rating we currently have reflects many customers' positive experiences, but your review makes it clear that we still have serious problems to fix — especially during peak seasons. Your feedback will help us improve. Thank you again for your patience, and we deeply regret that we let you down. Best regards, The AOEAH Team

Rediculously unorganized
I tried this platform because of the great prices compared to others. I've ordered 3 times and 2 of those they tried to deliver me partial orders without any explanation. Had to wait 30 minutes in chat to find out some items were out of stock. They continue to sell out of stock items and make you go through multriple deliveries to fulfill one order. Bad business. Update-Was resolved by a very respectful and earnest chat agent. Update- Tried this service again and once again was given a partial order and made to wait several hours to get the rest. I actually never received my full order and asked for a refund. Same excuse was given about item being a hot seller but still confused why they are selling something they actually dont have in stock. While the prices were great, everything else with this service is a bust. Back to Yesgamers

Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback — and thank you for giving us multiple chances with your three orders. We completely understand your frustration, and you are right to expect better from us. Because we sell items across many different games, and each game contains a large number of individual products, our inventory can sometimes update more slowly than we would like. If you'd prefer to avoid waiting for out‑of‑stock items, please feel free to message us before placing an order in our live chat or email , we’ll be happy to check stock for you in advance We are actively working to improve our delivery efficiency across all servers, and your feedback helps us prioritize where we need to do better. Thank you again for your patience and for helping us improve. Sincerely, The AOEAH Team
