I'd give them a minus 10 stars if I could. The site stated orders are shipped within 12 hours, yet after almost 2 weeks, I had to write and inquire why the order hadn't yet shipped. The customer service contact email wrote back and told me to contact a different email to make my inquiry. I did not contact the second email, however the package then arrived a few days later. When I opened it, the contents looked nothing like what was shown on the site. They are cheap plastic "teeth" smaller than my 3 year old great granddaughter's teeth! Junk all the way.

I even E-mailed customer service explaining disappointed items received from other advertisements & this customer service representative promised this item was exactly as advertised so I ordered item & it was an upper & a lower cheap hard denture looking items with a bag of 500 tiny white beads for boiling then applying to dentures. This product is a 100%compleye false advertisement & when they promise a "ten fold" refund, basically they can fold a piece of paper ten times that states, " Sorry, No Refund!" & Mail it back to you!

My sister was conned into buying these teeth for her ex-husband. When they showed up - they looked like something that came out of one of those crank machines with the little plastic pods. YouTube finally started bombarding me with their ads because I'm into special effects makeup myself. Funny, they are using actual stolen TikTok assets such as other people's videos and the AI generated voice switches from American to Australian back to American if you watch the entire ad. These guys are wish / t e m u level con artists. Save your money. Report their ads whenever you see them. Do your research on what silicone dentures do to your gums and remaining teeth as well. It's not worth the risk.

This product is ridiculous and it is a disgrace to be introduced as something that could actually help people, especially those that either don't have enough dental insurance or in a lower income status. I was a fool and bought this product. I have the pictures I don't know if I will be able to share them on here, but buyer beware do not buy these. They are fake. They're not even the same teeth, they show you on the commercial or any advertisement they have. I bought 2 pairs and wasted my money and now I've tried sending them an email saying I want my money back and it won't even go through to the email they have online and there is NO customer service i can talk to. Whatever you do , don't purchase these items don't waste your money. They get no star, but I have to put 1 in order to share my review.
I ordered their product dentures in the 29th of April. Today is may 6th. I received an order confirmation and an order number. But no action. The tracking number shows is had been stuck in Franklin park,IL since April 29th. E mailed the company no response and no able to call them. I feel I have just lost my money.
