I asked for an immediate refund of my subscription within one hour of paying (as the programme was pitched at a complete beginner and was only limited to very few functions) but all I get is a bot telling me they will pass on the message. No one has emailed me or responded to my repeated request. The app appears to have a 4.6 grade but I can only give it 1*. I would give it no star if I could due to their lack of response. Seriously disappointed as I researched on Trustpilot to gauge the quality of the product.

So, another company that makes it extremely difficult to cancel, cannot do it through the app and have to go through the rigmarole of logging onto the main site - ridiculous! Now, when I try to log on to the web site, funnily enough it doesn't recognise my email so I cannot log in... Stop stealing people's money & the right to cancel from your pathetic app! I HATE companies like yours that are so insecure, you make cancellations and absolute chore.
