I ordered two bottles. A 101 proof and a barrel proof. They both arrived safe and sound. I opened the box and found the barrel proof bottles label was creased in half in the back. The 101 proof bottle when I opened it the top of the cork broke off and I had to get a pair of plyers to open the bottle. Not the kind of service I expected for $165 dollars worth of bourbon that I had expected to gift to fellow Chief Petty Officers. Disappointing for a CPO owned company.

I ordered Rye and Cask Strength. I received Cask and a Small Batch. I emailed you the day I received them and still have not received any answer. As a retired Senior Chief I find this lack of customer service from a Brother Chief’s company disappointing.

After some issues trying to contact them I went to their FB page and was responded to in minutes. From there it was easy. I have not cracked the seal…but will this weekend. Cheers!
I bought it to display on the shelf, but got the craving…so cracked it open. This stuff is good! The wife and I love it! I had to order one for my brother and shipmate.
Shipping was great. Arrived at my house within a few days. The taste is amazing. My wife rarely drinks bourbon, but she loved the flavor and intensity of this drink. I love the shoutout for the Navy CPO, which I retired as in 2016.

April One Bourbon has a flavor of caramel, dark chocolate, and a little spice. Very smooth and sweet. Had it neat. Will buy again. Hope to find it in a store near me but until then I’ll buy it from their website.
