WARNING! I'm a very small business and a paying customer and they cant complete a simple trademark. Always problems they cant seem to fix. DO NOT USE!

First time application
Being the first time I have attempted a patent, I received good advice and guidance throughout the process. I was able to give good feedback that was listened to throughout the process. Not being very good at describing concepts or drawing them, Steven Butcher did a great job of bringing the concept into a coherent drawing. Ken Brooks did a great of grasping my project and putting it into writing, There were times that the process seemed to be moving slower than I would have liked and a few times that promised dates of completion were not kept but overall, that did not slow us down significantly. Very pleased with the whole experience

Got approved!! Long wait done.
It took a long time but good things come to those who wait. I got approved!!!! Hard in a time when everyone was on lockdown and thinking of inventions. This company made it go smoothly. Wish a little more communication throughout the years but great communication when patent office finally responded (probably more patent office than this law office). Will definitely do business again.
