It was easy to place the order, and our one panorama photo was put into a 3-piece work of art beautifully. It arrived well packaged and exactly as expected.

Their ordering system has issues but it’s my fault

Their ordering system has issues. The details of the project in online ordering are marked “Optional,” but there are hidden defaults among those “optional” choices that get inserted into the order if nothing chosen. A phone call or email could have verified any confusion about the order before production, but that didn’t happen. Couldn’t admit they goofed…said I ordered incorrectly. The customer is NEVER right!!
