Seemingly amazing support however they just send you in circles. All the things they say they will do, they really just try to teach you to do for yourself. The product quality is dollar store at best. The customer service takes days/weeks to get back to you. Even now, I've been trying to cancel my account for 2 weeks. Highly do not recommend.
Immediate support, thorough explanation, can reach a real human when AI can't help.

They claim it’s free, it isn’t. Sure the things that they claim are free distract you from the membership fees, hosting fees and so on. Stupidly gave them my phone number and email before deciding not to proceed further. Then came the constant calls and emails. They even tried calling me twice last night. At midnight. Obviously forgetting that time zones exist. Am I glad I didn’t sign up with them? Definitely. And reading all these other reviews certainly doesn’t paint a picture of a good option. For the pricing structure they have, you could hire someone to build you a website with integrated print and framing services. And the monthly spend for membership could be better spent on advertising your website.
What Art Storefronts has posted, of my art, is exceptional. Their display is of the highest quality, and the companies, they have partnered with, produce high quality items, like Art Prints, Canvas, Shirts, Tote Bags, and even Puzzles, to name a few. There are so much information and details to learn that frankly, without the right advisor you would be spinning your wheels for a while.
If I could give it negative stars I would. Worst company ever. Can't even get a hold of anybody to cancel and getting charged hundreds of dollars without authorizing a single charge. Can't even get a hold of anybody to dispute the charges!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I have had my art website with Art Storefronts for many months now. Their people on staff have been most helpful to me as I have frequently improved my site with their recommended changes. It is the best place for websites for professionals.
I recently decided to do some major upgrades and changes on my website. As I moved along, I knew I was beyond my level of competency and set up an appointment with the support team. I cannot speak highly enough about the fabulous support I received. Within one day my correction and reorganization were back on track and I could continue on my own, knowing that if I needed more help, it was available to me. Back in the 1990's, I started writing HTML code using text editors before switching to WYSIWYG editors, and ran web sites for years. After stepping away for a couple of years and trying to get back in to it, I was shocked at how complex it had become. I tried to establish a store using Shopify and was angry that it took three weeks to resolve an issue with an incorrect logon. Zero customer service. I realized that I needed help from experts to create my new site and integrate e-commerce capabilities, and I wanted responsive customer service. Art Storefronts has been exceptional. Every representative with whom I have had interactions has been top notch. My designer, Tijana, gave me excellent advice and designed me a beautiful, functional web site. They are very persuasive at getting one to sign up. But from then I struggled for close to a year to get support other than from bots sending me to the same complex written support pages again and again. No email is monitored by humans. I could not even close the account when I tried. They even sent me SMSs on my phone, from Mary. Mary, it turns out, it just another bot. I consider them to be dishonest. A total waste of time and money.
