I have used this tool for many years, and I recommend it to every heavy Excel users I know. It is an affordable and effective add-in that saves me countless hours and makes me look like a rockstar with colleagues. I live in Excel everyday, and ASAP has become an invaluable part of my job. Please don't ever go away!
It’s a wonderful Product. I love it.
The ease to set up and and the amount of time it saves
I have used ASAP Utilities for many decades, and it adds many useful tools to Excel!!! I especially like the features that remove excess spaces in cells and clean up the appearance of large spreadsheets.
I have used ASAP Utilities for more than 14 years. I lived in EXCEL and I cannot even begin to calculate the hours or count the frustrating moments that ASAP Utilities has saved me over the years by helping simplify so many of the EXCEL tasks and tricks. I highly recommend it to those who are dependent on Excel. It is worth every dollar of the license.
Awesome product, worth every penny!
ASAP Utilities is without a doubt the best, most complete toolkit for Excel I've found. I must've saved days of time in Excel using ASAP. My particular favourite is the "Convert Formulas to Values" - one button rather than a whole sequence of copy, work, paste etc. There just seems to be so much in there that I haven't used too - one day though!
Could not get my old purchased licenses to work. No one will respond from you help portal. So bought 5 new licenses but still no license key so cant use that either. Really terrible customer service.
We're truly sorry to hear that our emails containing your license and our replies have not reached you. The email with the license details for your order was sent to you on March 5th, 2026. And we sent a copy on March 11th. And we sent another copy this afternoon (March 16). We also replied to your email in February and sent you a copy of your organization's license from 2016 that same day. If you still haven't received our emails, can you then please verify your spam/junk folder and/or ask your IT department if they perhaps have blocked our email at another level? I can assure you that we replied to each of your emails and I also left you a voice mail message earlier today. You can also reach us via phone. Our website shows our phone number and the local time here in The Netherlands: https://www.asap-utilities.com/contact.php Update March 17th: We just tried to reach you via phone and left you a voice mail message. I (Bastien Mensink) also sent you a connection request on LinkedIn as an alternative to be able to communicate with you there.
Continuous improvements made to the application and pushing through such updates to licensees; Fair pricing; Amazing tool
I've been using this tool for more than a decade now. It's helped speed things up with my work.
I wish I could tell you how long I've had and used ASAP Utilities for Excel -- I'm pretty sure it's been decades now. I'm a lawyer and over many decades have only rarely used Excel. Word I know and I use Word tables a lot. But not so much spreadsheets. But many, many years ago, I needed to use Excel to do something "odd" I couldn't do with Word Tables & I couldn't figure out how to get Excel to do what I wanted. I heard about and bought ASAP Utilities specifically because it simplified using Excel for my very occasional and unusual needs. Pretty much anytime I've ever needed to do something with a spreadsheet, ASAP Utilities has had a tool to do it that was so much easier than me stumbling around in Excel trying to figure out how to do it on my own. ASAP Utilities for Excel is simply a Godsend for occasional nonexpert spreadsheet users. Probably for experts, too, but I'm certainly not one of those.
ASAP Utilities has been a lifesaver for the last 12 years of my career. I use it almost every time I open Excel and the simplicity of tools, ease of installation, and quick support I receive when I misplaced my order info makes this one of my most valuable tools.
I have used ASAP Utilities for Excel for 15 years. It has saved me countless hours. It is the only add-in I ever bought for Microsoft and it was not even expensive. I am not associated with the product in any way, just so happy I have it. Today I had a problem where I just wanted to join the text in vertical cells – sure enough, the function is there. Did it again, saved me hours of work. Makes Excel better.
Working with large volumes of data daily, ASAP Utilities is a lifeline
I have been using ASAP Utilities for years and recently upgraded to the latest version. I can't tell you how many hours I have saved with just a few of the features available.
I do a lot of work with excel. The shortcuts it provides saves me much time and helps me present a cleaner look for the sheet I am working on.
I have been using ASAP utilities since 2008. Have my own personal license since 2015. I could not imagine doing my work without the ease that this tool provides.
I have used ASAP for years in my work and recently realized how helpful it would be for my personal use as well. So I just bought a license for myself, and I'm so glad I did. It is hard to imagine how much time it saves on so many repetitive Excel entries. I have found it particularly helpful when downloading data and changing it into useable format for Excel. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to save a little time and effort working with Excel spreadsheets.
ASAP Utilities is *indispensable* for any serious Excel user. It automates countless tedious (or indeed impossible) tasks and saves so much time.
