Scamm-ish, money milking, poor quality translation.
Scamm-ish - money milking. Overpriced yet poor quality translation (they even translate names ). They don't deliver outside the US yet they still accept payments for delivery even when a foreign address is provided, only for then profusely apologizing when they cannot deliver abroad, offering additional unwanted services (e.g. notarization) to make up for you having already disbursed your money.

Firstly, my name was incorrectly translated. More crucially, the overall translation significantly deviates from the original text’s meaning. This issue is particularly concerning given that the document is intended for legal use, specifically for my driver’s license application. Due to the inaccuracies in the translation, my application for a driver’s license was rejected. This has not only caused me significant inconvenience but has also led to a deep sense of distress.
