Loading times are just not acceptable for a modern site. sometimes a profile takes 30 seconds to load on a normal connection. i've started just giving up if it doesn't load quickly

The experience regarding support, was great. My answers were answered precisely! One thing I believe would improve site for users would be a subscription rather than just credits.
