This 5-hour pre-licensing course is well-structured and closely matches the official New York DMV driving rules and test knowledge. The website interface is easy to navigate, and the segmented lessons make studying at my own pace comfortable. I was taking this course to reduce my auto insurance, but in doing so it became a great refresher course. The real life events told in this course are an eye opener! And the videos leave you with a lasting impact. It doesn't matter if you're a new driver or an experienced driver, this course will definitely refresh your skills. I loved the online experience because I could stop and continue whenever I wanted. Plus you don't have to read all of it, just add the Audible! I highly recommend this course for everyone. I only gave 4 stars because nothing is perfect. ;) Thank you American Safety, great job!

I have taken other defensive driving…
I have taken other defensive driving courses because of work requirements, but the courses were more cartoonish and not as informative and reality made as this course. I truly enjoyed the course although sad at times, but so realistic, Thank you!
Had a great experience with ASI
My father had a great experience with a course from American Safety Institute. Although it was required to be 8 hours, it was engaging and he felt equipped to answer the test questions. Great experience.
