This is quite possibly the worst…
This is quite possibly the worst banking app I have ever used. I sign up.\nFor free account.\nThey immediately start taking twenty three dollars out of my other bank accounts. They continue this treatment for months until I catch the issue. I do not pay for banking, let me repeat that I DO NOT PAY FOR BANKING !!!! They did loan me fifty dollars and as soon as I pay back the $50, they give me 50 in credit, I can spend the 50 again.\n That's fine, I agree to that. What I do not agree to is dim taking whatever amount of money they want out of my account, what I mean is, if I owe you $50, then you withdraw the $50 from my account.You don't withdraw forty nine dollars and ninety nine cents , leaving my account one cent in the negative. If you did that, that would be dirty.Manipulation , borderline theft. Why wouldn't you take the full fifty? Perhaps it's because you don't want to clear app the account. Well guess what? I can't deposit one cent to clear up the account. Oh no, it's a minimum of $25. Thus, the manipulation loop begins. Does anybody else see it? Give me a thumbs up if you do..

Atlas Financial is a fraudulent…
Atlas Financial is a fraudulent company. They issued a credit card to someone under my name even though my credit was frozen with all three credit bureaus and they refuse to close the account. They have zero customer service and they operate out of a residential address. What legitimate financial institution operates out of a residential address? Stay as far away as possible from this company. Shame on you Mastercard for being involved with Atlas Financial.

I never got my Atlas card in the mail. I lost my phone with the app in it and couldn't get back in from another phone. I owe a ridiculously low amount to Atlas, but I can't get into the app to pay it. Now they're reporting a delinquent account and my credit dropped from a 730 to a 612 in one month. Thanks Atlas, I love using y'all but I'm getting screwed here.

I just wanted to see the info (monthly pricing, upfront credit limit, etc) and somehow got locked in to a membership.
I didn’t even know I had one until the money started coming out of my account.
I don’t know how they got my banking information, but I have been trying to cancel this membership I never wanted and now I have to submit a “ticket” in order to cancel.
Don’t even look into this card! Total scam!

This was worse thing I've ever done
This was worse thing I've ever done. They're very predatory and they won't give me my money back they made my checking account overdrawn I don't think anybody should get one of these cards is really dumb and then you can't even talk to somebody they make you chat with them online which is stupid because you can't yell at him for and they know that they're doing the wrong thing and they keep doing it I want my money back you creeps.

My card was locked and I couldn't even…
My card was locked and I couldn't even use it. Someone from Ireland got my information while the account was active. After not being able to utilize the account. I canceled the card, yet Atlas tried to bill me for several months, causing my credit score to drop 130 points in one day. Customers should be aware.

If there is any ability to give less…
If there is any ability to give less than one star believe me I would do not use this institution they are predatorial and they will take your money without regard or consideration.
Only after providing them the entire annual membership fee, connecting my account through plaid, connecting my bank account through my debit card several, giving them $400 of my money as a security deposit, on the very first usage of their card they froze my account for security of verification of identification which should have been done long before they took my money but they chose not to the inherent problem with the situations is that I do not have identification until the DMV reissues it 4 weeks from now or more meaning that I will not have access to the money they took for me which was all of my money until I received my replacement identification. They have no other mechanism to release my identity hold allegedly so they're comfortable keeping my money keeping my membership fee and they will not release me my funds back even with the request of cancellation do not use them they are predatorial
