We had stayed there last year in…
We had stayed there last year in November 2021. inspite of Covid Protocol restrictions, we had pleasant comfortable stay . The swimming pool was not operational because of protocol. genuine warm service from staff of Health club was heart warming. delicious well plated food was indeed enjoyable.

Atmantan has triggered a change in my lifestyle
Atmantan has triggered a change in my life. Over years I tried to shape up. Now with the new food habit I kept my new weight since almost a year. The food itself at Atmantan was miracolous. Not only did everyone get a very special diet - the food it was just yummy, nicely presented and never did I feel hungry. The acitivity options range from maschine workout to stretching or Yoga or Thai Chi. There wasn´t one boring moment. I enjoyed my stay every minute and the extremely friendly staff came as an extra bonus :)

more of vacation than wellness resort It was good vacation resort, relaxing and rejuvenating. Massages can be improved upon as every massage is a similar experience.

had a lovely experience, the location, ambiance as well as the food was good and so were the people. the crowd is easy to make friends with even if you are by yourself. only wish the staff who gave the treatment were more educated about the treatment

I got only 2 nights in Atmantan for an intro experience and loved every minute of it . The stay was excellent , loved the rooms, the baths in the rooms, the staff was very friendly , the food was excellent , the massages and spas were good, the facility was clean, the dance instructor , the mindfulnesss walk and hike person was excellent . Couldn’t do the morning rituals of jalneti well though sadly due to overlapping events
