They are constantly improving and expanding the platform’s features and capabilities for both domain sellers and buyers. The support team is exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, and always friendly (Vincent and Karen are absolutely outstanding). You genuinely feel well taken care of and can tell that the team is honest, dedicated, and truly invested in helping its customers.

Great customer service despite a small delay
I was promised the transfer of my domain on May 20, 2026. I paid the entire amount for my domain. The Domaine was transferred on May 27,2026. Although, it took a little more time to transfer than what I was originally promised, the customer service department at ATOM was by far superior. They had REAL people call me to explain the situation and everything that they told me would happen did. I am very impressed with the level of service from this company as so many other companies have an ai robot helping you. Although i was very upset because it took a little more time to transfer the domain, I would absolutely use their services again. They are a legitimate and trustworthy company. Highly recommended.

Domain scalpers/squatters
Domain scalpers/squatters. Not even sure how this is legal given the updated icann rules on bad faith squatting.

I’m not rescinding my review. My issue is that Atom.com enables and profits from a marketplace model where domains can be listed at inflated “premium” prices by third-party sellers, including names that appear to be held primarily for resale rather than legitimate use.
Saying Atom.com does not directly own every domain does not address the core concern: the platform facilitates the sale, promotion, and monetization of those listings.
I also do not consider “we follow ICANN policies” to be a complete answer. Something can be technically compliant while still enabling domain scalping/squatting behavior that harms founders and small businesses.
That is my honest experience and opinion.

Great company. I have been with Atom almost from the beginning, when they were called SquadHelp. They have been very responsive to any little problem I have had. I have 140 domains for sale on their platform. Very happy with their service!
Great negotiations for All & Dashboard Helpful & Easy
We've used Atom about a year for selling domains, and our sales have increased. The domains are displayed nicely to buyers.
The team does very well with negotiations. They work hard trying to get a sale that works for both parties.
The dashboard provides a lot of helpful information.
They provide multiple ways to pay including Escrow.com.

The best domain marketplace for buyers and sellers
I have been involved in over 100 transactions through Atom.com (formally Squadhelp) the past 4 years. I have sold 20+ domains and purchased around 80 domains through the platform, and have not run into a single issue. The process is always smooth, support provides excellent service, and they truly care about their users' experience. 5 star service, smooth process.
I bought a very expensive domain here and the service was smooth, with support responding quickly. They pushed the domain into my account and, other than a few issues with the contract template (which they fixed in hours according to my requests), the whole process was "white glove" and I can recommend Atom.
I'm leaving this review because before buying, I was worried about the experience. I was even considering using Escrow, but paid with credit card instead. I would even trust them by paying with a bank account in the future, since they really do seem to be on top of things.
The domain was in my account in under a week.
