String and arrow knocks are not compatible arrows keep falling off. I had to add serving to stop it. String material also has to much give. When fired string slaps back of hand everytime. I'll have to make one from scratch and hope it fixes the issue.

Hi there,
We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the bowstring. It sounds like the string might be too thin, causing the nocks to slip and the string to stretch. We would love to fix this for you! If you'd like, we can ship you a new replacement bowstring free of charge. Please contact our support to confirm if you'd like us to send it.
Thank you for your feedback!

There is a good selection of products and the company is excellent to deal with.
I have always been happy with my purchases and with the company. They are very helpful and willing to accomodate.
Very efficient, happy with everything I've purchased. If you're getting started in archery, their gear is well-made enough to get experience on and enable you to decide later on whether and what to step up to.
Hunting Door makes archery affordable and a good way to play with a basic set up before moving onto more advanced rig once experienced. I also rate their arrows and their service and especially free postage.
Thanks to Brian and his staff for the great service.
Some of my members have also purchased equipmemt from HuntinDoor and have also recieved great service and enjoy using their equipment.

As always fantastic customer service and communication not to mention great products repeat customer wish shipping was a little quicker but am willing to wait. pro tip that would make me a 100 percent happy if you put foam spacers to separate the arrows when shipping would have really made me feel as though the product meant something to you because it means something to me my money so a little foam padding wouldn't hurt
It took a while to get here but that is understandable as it is coming from China. What I liked is that the whole way I got regular tracking advice updates and was let know when it got to Australia and then Aus Post took over with the updates but the supplier also kept contact until it arrived. I will buy from you again.
