Great tool, very useful and well built. DOWNSIDE: The only problem I have is with the support of this company. All languages other than English are locked when you buy it. In order to get them unlocked, you have to email their support, where they will tell you that you have to leave a positive review in order for them to unlock the language you need. If you decline, they will tell you this, “You need to contact the seller to change language for you if you cannot accept our request”. They have the ability to change the language as stated above, but instead they force you to leave a review in order to access features that already come with the product.
