The harassing scammer named Auto Protect USA, for some uneducated satanic reason, continues to send my deceased mother who died back in 2020, scamming used car fake warranties notices of harrassment letters on an auto she never purchased, never owned, never driven or ever purchased. She has not driven her 2013 Volkswagen Jetta for 5 years before her 2020 death due to severe dialysis and kidney failure. The most recent scamming letter is dated December 2023 to her. I called and mailed Auto Protect in the past to stop harassing my family and mother and stop opening up the pain they have caused about a fake used car scamming worthless warranty related to my deceased mother. The scammer Auto Protect is super desperate for business to the point of scamming the dead! So far, the scamming mailings are ongoing. It is time to drag the CEO of the scamming fake used car worthless scamming company, Auto Protect into a Texas civil court of law to stop the ongoing harrassment and scams. To all, NEVER purchase any used car scamming warranty from Auto Protect, Emulate Auto, Endurance Auto, Car Shield, Vehicle Protection Services or any of these dishonest scammers. A part of this blame lies with the Texas DMV. I took Auto Protects scamming letters to a few auto repair shops. They laughed out loud but they are aware of these types of scams especially by the dishonest scammer and con artist of Auto Protect. No joke! Now I am submitting a CEASED AND DISIST letter in anger to the CEO to inform that person, my attorney and a judge will be calling that person in a summons to appear in a Texas Civil Court of Law if another scamming letter arrives at our house from the scammer Auto Protect for any family member in our household. That is how bad in business Auto Protect is. To all, stay away from this harrassment scammer named Auto Protect USA! Again, this is NO JOKE! Auto Protect will scam the dead!

I feel like that helps out a lot because I bought the car from another dealership and they only basically offer me 5000 miles and after that, I won’t have coverage for anything And Brandon Smith help me out today with extending my warranty and I have a great offer
