I placed an order on June 21 2026 the product I ordered showed to be in stock. They charged my card on June 23 it is now July 10 and I have still now received product. I have called their customer service number three times and had to leave messages all three times, no one has email or called to responded to my concerns. I placed an order for a car care product and it wan't clear that the shipping would cost as much as the product. Then, they sent the wrong item. I called and e-mailed and got no response. Complete disaster of a customer experience! Clearly, customer service is non-existent. Stay away from this company!

Charged but never shipped, scam

Placed an order for an in stock item. Item never shipped. Website says they ship within 1 to 2 days and charge credit card when they ship. They charged my credit card the day after ordering but never even printed the shipping label until two days later, and still haven’t given FedEx the item on day 4. Huge scam of a website. I should have checked the map to see this is just someone’s house with a ghost website, not a legitimate business with inventory to ship.
