Just finished my second order. After 1/2 of the first bottle I noted I was calmer but more alert without being jittery. Peaceful and purposeful. Beyond that, I could feel my “winter blues” go away. I think this is a wonderful supplement/alternative.

So far its only been a bit over a week and I must say ive only taken 1 pill a day when it says to take 2.. but, with any supplement I start with half a dose to see how it effects me.. so on one pill I no longer need to take a nap during the day! I feel way less lethargic and im actually able to get more things done and have the focus to stay on track. Ive even been less hungry and have lost a few pounds!Im in the midst of menopause and its brutal... this has so far been a big help with that!
