Direct communication with company
I have owned at least one airplane since 1976 and like dealing direct with the Insurance company. I generally have my answer in one phone call and can get explanation as to why. Not true dealing with an agent.

Received a notice with my renewal that coverage was changing, but no mention of what was changing. Had to call to get clarification. Website is useless-- bizarre, non-standard verification method (Okta, tied to my old phone) is impossible to use.
