What made my experience with A-Passport & Visa Services great was the knowledge and skill, combined with the patience, of the person who handled my case. Every step of the process went exactly as she explained and predicted. All of my questions were addressed. The office was spare but pleasant. Although my needs were routine, I felt that they were regarded as important by the staff.

A-Passport makes the impossible possible.
A friend of mine from El Salvador had just gone through her American citizenship oath ceremony. In less than a week, she needed to take an urgent trip out of the United States. A-Passport said they could get her--her first passport--within 72 hours. I didn't see how that was possible. A-Passport pulled it off without a single complication. The male owner whom I first dealt with in helping my friend was especially knowledgeable and gracious. I would recommend A-Passport without hesitation. They utterly delivered on their promise.
