No installation instructions?
My Rachio R3 Pro controller was delivered promptly for the lowest price that I was able to find. My only quibble is that other than a sheet giving info about going online to the app after installation, there were no installation instructions or guidelines. Even a trip to the Rachio website did not yield any installation instructions. I was able to install the system intuitively and getting it working online was a piece of cake. The controller functions flawlessly so far.

Everything is fine with the ordering process. The shipping is the issue. The Post Office is so slow and not very reliable. You should offer charging the difference and offering UPS or FedEx.
