As a first timer to shipping a car, I had really no experience with how working with a broker would go. They got a carrier to pickup within the 5 business days and communicated with the dealership and myself promptly and with accurate info. Was a great experience and I would gladly use them again!

After they receive your money, they are totally rude and unprofessional. They charged me $381 for Express delivery ,then upon delivery they charged an additional 1350 when the balance was only $1000. I have not been able to get a refund for my overcharges and they also damaged my vehicle And told me I only had until Monday to turn the information over to their insurance company. They have never gave me their insurance company information and I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional annd rude ever. I just want to be treated fair. Please never use this company they are a total scam .

Pickup was scheduled two days in advance and they reached the pickup location within 30 minutes of the estimate on a Thursday. Delivery date as scheduled for Sunday and my motorcycle arrived a day earlier. And during the process comunicación was excellent So the experience was great

Delivery was quick, and professional
From the time I made the decision to use BAH, they were letting me know every step of the process. There were a couple of bumps in the road but they were addressed immediately and the trailer made it to its destination. If I ever need to ship anything again I will use BAH.
