While the CBD is good, slowest shipping ever. I ship daily, and can ship across the country in half the time this took. I ordered my 2nd bottle on 1-10 for my senior dog, who was obviously nearing her end of life and was just trying to keep her comfortable from a tweaked ankle. Purchased on 1-10, label made 1-12, and USPS didn't receive until 1-14. I emailed, but never received a response. Finally received package, hours before my dog passed, 1-20. If I had known it would take that long, I would not have ordered it and feel they should update on the page, so people are informed. Especially when dealing with a fur baby that may need it for pain, calming, etc. I would have paid extra if I had known but assumed 3-5 days, at most. Now I have a full bottle that my baby didn't even get to have.
Bailey's location is very convenient for me, just down the street, so the optional pick-up for my order is always great for my last minute purchases. The friendly service received is exceptional. The products : extra strength oil is great for my dog's motion sickness when travelling and calming oil is great for nervous energy with fireworks going off as well as for a stray dog that i've opened my home to , helps integrate his attitude to be more social with people and other dogs. (rat terrier attitude...lol)
My newfounlands all loved these treats! They tried the banana & peanut butter flavor and the bacon flavor- both were a huge hit with all 3 of them! I definitely noticed it made them calmer & at ease, especially the Calming CBD Yummies, they were great for when we knew a big storm was coming or the dreaded fireworks! The longevity factor of the Omega Hemp Chews really peeked my interest for my almost 5-year-old Newfies, & I did notice they were more peaceful but had a playful puppy side to them! I'm looking forward to trying more of the products they offer!
