Did earn to learn, first surprise was it was the first time the reward is locked. So it nearly went to 0 until it was possible to unlock, then you have high fees to convert it or to send it, it also take ages so it's not possible to withdraw it unless you add money.
Sent 2 tickets, no answer, asked on tweets no answer, reviewed on appstore got answer.
Seems they care more about their image rather than customers.

99% of one-star reviews here are from people who complained about their free sign up bonus being locked in the Freezer for a few months, which they know and agreed to. It’s not even their own money. Or people who failed KYC too many times because they are too lazy to properly provide proof of identity. Stop spamming!
Once you sign up and clear KYC, you may get a sign up bonus depending on which promo you took part in. The free bonus is locked in the Freezer (which increases your yield!). But any of your own money you deposit is controlled by you. You get 12-hourly rewards. Everything is traceable on the blockchain.
Don’t listen to the losers polluting the reviews.
Aside from being told they can no longer offer me an account due to not being able to verify who i am even though I used myte ID. Then being told I won't even have another chance to try to verify who i am.
