thank you for your kind feedback.
Please note that unfortunately at Cake DeFi we have no influence on the yields at the freezer.

CakeDefi is very easy to use and understand. The site has great transparency with regards to fees, risk, etc. Their customer service team has been very responsive and engaging

Hey,
thanks for your feedback.
We read only good things in your review, but you only gave us 3 stars. What can you improve in your opinion?
well as a begginer in crypto world ,im kiinda happy atm whit cakedefi, i didnt invest nothing yet ,only crypto i have here atm is from Learn Crypto reward (5$ reward)
and this crypto slowly growing by using freezer -stacking option, hopfully i found a company which will be long running page for use and grow my profits. So can invest a bit bigger amount of cryptos for higher profits. So check my start date 10.11...today 28.12.2021.its like month and half using cake defi ...learn reward 4.8 usd ...i put on stake all reward and atm got 5.2$ usd value of cryptos...
So profit is like 0.40$ value of cryptos.
So yeah for sure im happy with system CakeDefi offering us to use....and when i be able to invest more mony i will for sure.Becose profit gained on 4.8$ in less then 2 months its more then good..
All i pray its that CakeDefi stays online forevva....becose i lost alot araund oter fast dieing pages which i inevest and pages soon went offline or some nonsense reason stopped paying out to users.
Whish you all best profits in the Crypto System.

Very good project in my opinion. Rewards come to you every 12 hours. I really like the design of the webpage and the app. The stuff is very kind and responsive. You get a weekly and a monthly cashflowreport by mail which is pretty nice to have a quick overview. They have some very good bonus programs aswell. You can buy by creditcard directly from their webpage. There is a freezer where you can stake for longer amount of times to maximize your gains. If you stake for 5 years you get 50% of your staking reward APR on top, for 10 years you get 100%. The APR is pretty high but will decrease the more users it gets (just like everywhere else).
The only two reasons for one star less in my opinion are:
1.you cant sell your DFI back to them, instead you have to send it to an exchange like kucoin for example. This works without problems but costs up to three days and transactionfees. I have to say that in my case it went down much quicker, i think about 6hours or so but still not compareable to trading with a dex.
2. After a bigger pump the last days i logged in for the first time since a few weeks and found that there is a new stablecoin. I was really happy because i thought i could spottrade some DFI way better now and take some profits to buy back in later for less but when i tried the page told me again about a 24h duration for the trade.
So i really disslike that they make it so hard to sell their token and spottrade DFI, thats why i decreased my share. I'd like see that you can spottrade faster, at least into their own stablecoin to take profits when price is up and buy back in when price is down. In turn its better for the grow of the price since the users of cakedefi sell less.
So far these are the only downsides of the project. In my opinion they are bigger downsides since i like to trade activly but for longterminvestors its a very good reliable company. If the two factors mentioned above would change i would gladly give 10/5 so that you all now! Atm just not 100%perfect for me( but could be for you depending on your strategy)

Hey,
thanks for your detailed feedback.
We are very happy to hear it. We like to discuss as a team how we can improve the flow from DFI to BTC/FIAT.

the staking/freezing easy 123! Switching between coins not so easy. But for me that was not the reason I setup account with Cake Defi. I purposely activated my account with Cake Defi to stake/freeze and on occasion add liquidity. Get in early and possibly make life changing... and when we do we will be able to thank CakeDefi and many of it long time supporters, as well as the new people that join it is because of all US that we can make a huge difference in the way life is and it can become what we want and dream it to be.
Waste of time, Hands off. Dont loose your money/coins!!
I registered and tried to verify my identity. Apart from the fact that the verification is tortuous, my registration address was not accepted twice.
I have sent an account statement of the largest bank of my country of residence to verify my address. For CakeDefi the address was not okay.
Even the authority has accepted this address on documents and is it completely normal to use the address on which the visa has been issued.
For this reason, I do not have any further invoices with another address. But CakeDefi does not want to accept nor understand it.
Many other Coin Exchanges are fine. Therefore i recommend to everyone hands off that dubios platform.
I told them to delete my personal data.
Lets see if they will follow, as i never did any transaction on this platform it should not be any problem. Regarding this fact there is no reason to keep my informations as no money was involved.
We will see and i keep you updated.
Edit:
I tried to find answer in the Telegram Group of CakeDefi and i only received stupid answers. And mention my problem again in hope that someone really read and understand it, i got blocked by admin Fabio for 24 hours.
This is a very interesting way to help people over a problem that is not answered in the FAQ.
These people are unpredictable and i only can WARN YOU TO SEND MONEY/COINS TO THIS PLATFORM.
------
My answer to CakeDEFI answer:
So thats why your Administrator Fabio blocks user asking normal questions? I understand that you guys block everyone who does not fit into your narrative. Meanwhile I found out its a snowball system and actually a fraud. At least in countries like Germany the BaFin warns of you.

Dear, thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.
I understand this can be frustrating. We are working towards making this better.

Hey Ricardo,
thank you for your feedback.
What do we have to do that we earn 5 Stars from you?
Happy Baking 🍰
This company asks for a lot of personal data in order to set up your account. After I tried to verify my account, they refused to accept my identification because of a small mistake on my passport. They demanded I write the mistake as part of my surname to access their service, and I refused, because that would have been submitting incorrect information. I then asked them to delete my account and data, but again they refused, and there is apparently no way to delete your account. I'm concerned that this company is profiting from stealing biometric data, and I would absolutely not recommend using their product.

Hey John,
thanks for your feedback.
Like any company in finance, we have to comply with regulation.
We are not allowed to delete your data at this time due to regulation. Cake’s legal obligation to retain customer data is under paragraph 14's record keeping requirements in MAS Notice PSN02 Prevention of Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism – Digital Payment Token Service https://www.mas.gov.sg/regulation/notices/psn02-aml-cft-notice---digital-payment-token-service
First time staking, honestly had no idea what to expect. I'm just happy I didn't loose anything, and with everything that is happening, that can be considered great.
I am Shahrzad and i I 2009was able to transfer my first coins, although I have a nickname. I hope we will have many elites in the world so that we can make a lot of progress.
Yep, Cake is great. So why 2 stars? Because once you've been in for a while, you start seeing things. This is a company whose staff knows little of the products they sell. Their Customer service is simply appalling (I was ignored, I was misinformed, I was handled by staff who clearly had no idea what they were doing), to the point that I had to solve my own problem (learn the mechanics behind staking and freezing) and, after explicitly demanding to be put in touch with a supervisor, I was once again ignored. So, I'm making a little money on cake, but the company wasted my opportunity to take advantage of the recent rally. Cake, you sell opportunities, right? Well, you wasted significant potential gains for me, so I'll look to invest somewhere else. Somewhere where things are fine when you have problems because you deal with competent people.
edit: having sought support and having been ignored even more, I'm downgrading this to 1 star
My personal experience with Cake Defi has been very good so far. Depositing crypto is fast and free of charge (except for ETH - there are one-off costs for the first transfer - after that it is also free of charge). Buying BTC with FIAT (via bank transfer or VISA) is also easy. However, you have to go through another KYC process with the service provider the first time you buy via bank transfer. In addition, the coins cost 5% more than the current market price. Therefore, this only makes sense for smaller amounts. Larger amounts should be bought on an exchange and then sent to CakeDefi.
Of course, the payouts take different amounts of time, depending on the network you choose. At peak times or on turbulent market days, the BTC and ETH networks are often heavily loaded. It can sometimes take a little longer. But the most important thing is that the coins arrive! Cake's service is not an exchange where you can quickly trade back and forth, but where you can stake the coins or invest them for liquidity mining in order to keep high "interest" on the coins. At the time of this review, the APY for staking is about 50%, while for liquidity mining the APRs range from 18.5% (DOGE) over 53.5% (ETH) to about 60% (BTC, LTC, USDT etc.), depending on the coin. You invest in coins that you basically want to hold and don't want to/must sell today or tomorrow within minutes or hours. If you believe that your coin will increase in value in the long term, you can earn an additional return on top of the pure price gain. Staking pays out twice a day for DFI and once a day for DASH. The rewards for mining are paid once a day. If you register and invest at least $50 worth of coins, you get $20 worth of DFI coins "for free". Those who are recruited receive (as does the recruiter, Code 693556) an additional $10 in DFI. The coins given as a gift are stored in the staking for 180 days and are then freely available.
There is also a good app for iOS and Android. In the app, the most important functions of the website (overview of assets, transactions, staking, liquidity mining, lending) are available.
A criticism often read here refers to the fact that on the platform itself you can only switch your coins in the direction of DFI and not back. However, this is probably due to regulatory reasons, as otherwise the platform would act as an exchange and would have to register as such. However, you can either send your DFi to the DEFI chain wallet and exchange them on a decentralised exchange, e.g. Bitcon, or you can simply send the coins to a central exchange such as KuCoin or Bittrex. A new anouncement by cakedefi says, that an integration of a DEX (decentral exchange) to the plattform is planned for the near future. Then it will be even easier to exchange the DFI back into BTC, ETH etc. as well.
At the moment there is an additional bonus of 11% on the first deposit for new users (until 25.11.2021).
