Best out of the many sites i did free trials with. created the basic/draft site very quickly. would be 5 stars but a few items missing, however some of these can be overcome using the customer css override feature which is a great bonus
I think the customer service is outstanding. I'm on my third webpage with Bandzoogle. My first one was the hardest as my domain was hosted somewhere else and I had to transfer that as well as several emails. The customer service people were on the chat with me for several hours figuring it out (the issue was with my old host) - With my other web pages, I had Bandzoogle host and provide emails and it couldn't have been easier. The User interface is super easy - it's possible for a person with no web design experience set up a simple but professional looking site in an afternoon
Bandzoogle is easy to use. I appreciated that a team member reached out with a welcome email and an offer of any assistance along the way, which was helpful for a quick question and I got a prompt response.
We're happy to hear that our platform is easy to use for you. Thanks for your feedback!
Everything seems very easy and intuitive. Very powerful self-service authoring tools with some amazingly creative templates that can get you up & running in no time. I also got some great customer service via chat support right out of the gate. 5 stars for sure!
So glad our chat support was helpful. Thank you for the 5-star review!
I wrote detailed comments on the survey, but basically I really, really enjoyed your web builder, your features, and while it isn't the cheapest option out there, I think it is fair for how professional it looks and functions. You get what you pay for and I'm happy with the purchase. Thanks!
Thanks for the detailed feedback sent over and for the support!
Excellent support. Though other videos said there was a 30 days trial, bandzoogle only gives a 14 day trial. Cost is very competitive with other sites. Because bandzoogle has a free domain name and a store to sell downloads without giving up any of the sales is a big reason for choosing them. Other sites need to buy a store or give a percentage of sales.
We're happy to hear that you find our support excellent and our pricing competitive! We appreciate you pointing out the trial period update. Thanks for your feedback!
Three main things: 1) Price point for the visuals, features, and build platform is great - they make it all easy and who wants to sweat unnecessary web site details. 2) Unbelievable, stellar support - real humans answering any and all questions quickly, and 3) They seamlessly bridged us via their Search Engine Optimization (SEO) into the AI world. This is probably the most important point since people don't take the time anymore to view search results. Our band (not that we aren't at least partially deserving) comes up in AI as the top band in our genre and region. Thanks Bandzoogle!
We're happy to hear that our platform's pricing, features, and ease of use met your expectations. It's great to know our support team provided quick and helpful answers and of course a little human interaction. Thanks for your positive feedback!
