We’re sorry to hear your checks were unusable. The account and numbering information printed on checks is produced from the information provided during the ordering process, and we understand how frustrating it can be when an error affects your order. We would be happy to review your order details with you. Please contact our customer service team at 708-381-5469 so we can look into the issue and discuss available options.
