We have taken our 2 1/2 year old 45 lbs. Aussie Labradoodle to Barkley Square for several years. Although they are not inexpensive, you get what you pay for. The administration folks schedule appointments easily on the phone, make sure you are reminded of the appointment, and clarify all the services before they start. They also call you as soon as your pet is ready. Jay always does an amazing job cutting Hazelnut. She looks great.
Hello, Im not quite sure why you didn't respond to my question. Actually I specifically went through what I asked for with the groomer in advance and it was not the neatened package you said, although she may have charged it that way. I'd prefer that you contact me directly.
Hi Gina, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback for your pups appointment. In looking at your appointment, you actually received our Neatened and Polished service. This service offers paw trim, face trim and a sanitary trim. There is no jacket or body trim. If you would like to have your sweet little one to have a full groom, please give us a call and we will get you scheduled right away.
We unexpectedly needed a grooming appt for our Westie. Regular groomer didn't have availability, but Barkley Square had an appointment for the next morning! Front desk check-in was efficient, helpful, knowledgeable. Carol, our groomer, was so gentle and did a terrific job with our Neatened 'n Polished package services. Our doggie looked better than she ever has!
