Had a question concerning the terminal connections. So I called them and spoke to an actual person who answered on the 2nd ring. Explained my question. He took his phone and went to look at the battery in question which answered my question completely. I hung up the phone completed my order online at 2:15 pm on Thursday and received the battery on Saturday afternoon. Saved $100 compared to Harley Davidson quote.
I'm just off the phone with batterystuff associates, Josh, and later Anthony were extremely rude, unprofessional, and impatient, could not answer any general questions, and were also not transparent about their company's policies. That is not the experience one would expect when dealing with a "reputable" company. In full honesty, I get much better responses when buying off eBay.
I happened to be in contact with RV Upgrades and Aircraft Spruce associates, and their customer service is actually of high quality. This is just my experience and the data point for others who were trying to purchase battery-related products.

Joe, I'm sorry you feel that way. We tried to help you for almost half an hour, answering your technical questions. As we stated over the phone, we were more than happy to answer your basic questions, but once your questions started to delve into more technical topics beyond our expertise, we suggested you email them or talk with the manufacturer of the product being sold. I'm sorry you feel we were rude and impatient. We did stay on the phone with you for quite some time and tried to refer you to the best people for your questions.
I have been ordering from Battery Stuff for years. They are prompt and have good prices. Their scorpion series seems to last as long as other brands at least in this Texas heat.
This is the only sealed battery I am aware of for my 1982 FLH. I have been using them for years and they seem as good as or better than the factory wet cell battery. Last one went nearly 7 years.
This last battery purchase was my "severalth" with Battery Stuff. I've purchased both online and over the phone, either way has been simple....the phone method was very personable. I think being a repeat customer should say quite a bit about their service and product, especially with their being so many other places to shop.
