Over many years I have booked airline flights to the U.K. I have found British Airways to always be the very best. However, the service I received from your booking agent, Rowan Morrison, was exemplary.,He was well mannered, easy to speak to and extremely helpful in finding the perfect flight, day and time as well as fare, that suited me. I have many trips ahead of me and I will always, in future, book with BCFlights. What a wonderful experience - one that I wish I’d known of before ! Well done!! The process, service and price could not have been better - something that could not have been beaten!!!

Italy Trip
The agent I dealt with was very helpful with finding flights for our trip to Italy. Working with a few different dates she found a few options. Stayed in constant touch to see what worked and kept me apprised of costs and change options, overall a good experience and Maya was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, quite pleasant. Kudos to her. Would recommend Maya to others and happy to use this firm in the future.

Miller was wonderful . I originally had my flight to Portugal but there was a change of plans and Miller helped to navigate thru and switched my flights ro Brazil . He got me first flights with British airways for a much cheaper price than any other platform could give me . I was bummed I couldn’t flight with British business class but after all I had. Great experience login with AA. one thing I advice is to always get the insurance . Otherwise I wouldn’t a e bale to get full credit for my orginal flight .
Miler worked so hard late evenings , all day everyone I called him he answered right away to get the best customer service ! From now on I’ll only book tickets with thin

Tristan at BCflights always finds me the best travel deals. I have been reaching out to him over the last several years since I retired because I still like to travel business class, however I don’t have the same income in retirement that I had when I was still working. Tristan is very easy to work with, professional and very quick to respond. Thank you Tristan

Rowan worked hard to get me what I wanted. Very happy with results. Travelers should be aware, though, that BCF seems to have no problem finding the lowest price through skip-lagging and most airlines are clamping down on that. Additionally, travelers caught doing it are vulnerable to consequences, including possibly having their bags sent to the final destination and penalties from the airlines. As soon as Roan made me aware that's how he got it I rejected the approach and he got me the next best, unquestionably appropriate deal.
