Best and Cheap Movers LLC

Alex and his crew were great!

Best of the best! Cannot recommend enough

They have moved me twice in the past 4 months, and they are the best of the best. Best rate and kindest people!! Both moves were in DC. For the first move, I was moving in with someone, from one apartment in Logan Circle and the other in Shaw into an apartment in Shaw. With 3 guys, they got it all moved in under 3 hours. The second move was Shaw to Capitol Hill. With 2 guys, they did it in under 3 hours, with the place in Capitol Hill having extremely narrow stairways. I have been so pleased with them, and I am so incredibly grateful for how seamless they made both moves. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough!!!

Excellent Service

Alexander and his crew were professional, expedient, and accommodating. All of my stuff was moved without any damage and I’d recommend them to any friends/family. 10/10

Made the move from Bethesda

Made the move from Bethesda, MD to Silver Spring, MD after the ice storm. They were very kind to make some needed adjustments. Efficent, friendly and professional. Thanks, guys!

Great choice for long or short distance move

For a long distance (or short distance) move these guys are great. We moved from the Baltimore area to Philadelphia. Reliable, on time, careful, hard working and priced right. They were incredibly careful wrapping things and very detail oriented. I thought they did a terrific job and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience

Alexander and his team were incredible throughout my whole move from Baltimore to Philadelphia! The logistics for setting up the move date were quick and efficient, they took extra care to make sure all of my furniture, artwork, etc. was handled carefully, and they were able to get everything loaded and unloaded/assembled quickly, all at a very good price. I would highly recommend them for long-distance moves and would definitely contact them again for future moves!

I’m relieved that I found these guys…

I’m relieved that I found these guys and booked them. They’re strong, fast, and efficient. I have some big awkward furniture pieces and they handled them with ease. Highly recommend for small and large jobs.

Best and Cheap Movers highly recommended

Best and Cheap Movers were awesome. Recently hired them for a move from a row home to a single family home. Alex, Saul, Rodrigo and Tim were really careful with all of our furniture (navigated several flights of stairs and tight corners) and efficient in packing the truck and unloading it. Alex and the team communicated with us often to make sure all furniture and boxes were placed in the right rooms and places. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to move!

Great guys - competitive rates

Great guys - efficient, safe, easy to work with. Had a big job and they did a fantastic job. Competitive rates. Definitely will use again.

Best and Cheap movers are very reliable…

Best and Cheap movers are so reliable and they did an amazing job moving our stuff. They were great at communicating on a timely manner and very understanding of our schedule changes. Both workers at our site were very respectful, efficient, and professional. Would recommend to any friend!

Best & Cheap Movers are truly the best

Best & Cheap Movers are truly the best! The reason I initially chose to go with them is because of the reviews, so it’s only right I now add my own. Alex and Rodrigo did such an excellent job today helping me move. They were professional, on time, and worked efficiently. I had a multi-stop job, and they did a great job getting all of my belongings from point a to point b. I highly recommend their services. Thank you again Alex!

The guys from Best and Cheap Movers were Awesome!

The guys from Best and Cheap Movers were awesome! Alex, Tim, and Rodrigo did our move. These guys were all very strong and capable (Tim is an ultra endurance athlete). Alex asked a lot of good questions and they were considerate in how they moved furniture into the truck and back out to the new house. For example, in moving the peloton, Alex suggested he remove the screen/monitor to prevent any damage. They disassembled items where necessary and reassembled at the new place. The price was very reasonable (cheaper than other quotes we received). They worked about 9 hours on the move with a short lunch break to move our entire 3 BDR house with 10+ years of accumulated stuff. There was no damage to any items or furniture, no walls or floors were scratched. My wife and I were very happy with the move, their work ethic, their attention to detail (such as wrapping all the nice furniture in furniture blankets and remembering where many of the boxes or items came from). In the unpacking, they asked us where we wanted each box or piece of furniture and delivered it all to the directed location. The guys were polite, professional, and got the job done with minimal input needed from us. I would definitely use these guys again. Alex is a pro!

They put the BEST in Best and Cheap Movers

This was our second time using B and C movers and we will never go anywhere else for moving services. They moved us from our house in Alexandria, VA to an apartment in Queens, NY in a single day and were absolutely amazing through the entire process! Trustworthy, professional, and fast! Great pricing and great peace of mind. Thank you so much!!!

Absolutely excellent service

Absolutely excellent service. Helped me move within DC. Neither building had an elevator, but they worked constantly at good pace, disassembled and resembled furniture, protected fragile boxes. Not a single complaint. Fair and clear pricing. I would strongly recommend them to others.

Exceptional Service From Start to Finish

I recently hired this moving team, and they were outstanding from start to finish. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and handled all my belongings with real care. The crew worked efficiently without rushing, and they made sure everything was wrapped, protected, and moved safely with no damage.
