Very impressed first time buying from Beauty Expert. Good prices on the Jason toiletries I bought, quick delivery and well informed on order progress too. I didn't receive the 20% of first order code after signing up to the newsletter but found a code online and I believe Customer Services would have refunded the 20% if necessary.

As a new customer, I had reason to contact customer service. I was amazed how quickly i got onto the chat. A friendly and knowledgeable advisor called Charlotte helped me and immediately sorted my query, I was so impressed. I was kept up to date with regards to the delivery of my item, which also came very quickly. Top class quality service from Charlotte and top quality products at a good price. Actual ordering with Beauty Expert was seamless, but I struggled with the chat option as it kept dropping out while I was trying to determine shipping costs, etc. As an existing customer. I knew if I ordered, there would be no issues that could not be rectified, so I gave up the chat and went straight into ordering online.
My product is coming from the UK as no longer available in Australia, so it may take linger to arrive than I’d prefer (they say 5-10 days so i’m trusting it will be no longer ).
As I chose the free shipping option, I consider this great service. Good job so far Beauty Expert!

I really love shopping from you however…the shipping cost is out of place
I really love shopping from you however a bit disappointed since I always spend more than €100 and this time you charged me €5.50 for the delivery whilst before it was free. I can understand delivery fee when it is a small purchase but when it is over €100 you should think of it.
