I haven’t recieved my full order. And For some reason the package had to be signed for and wasn’t left at my home filled out for it to be redelivered have t seen it. Just very inconvenient experience

Tools did not arrive sharp
Tools did not arrive sharp, or well packaged. The blades had multiple dings from shipping, and required full re-sharpening. Quality tools, and the support team was quick to respond, but they need to improve their packaging.
Arrived before Christmas
Easy to use website. Lots of great products to choose from. The shipping estimate was between 5 and 40 days and it came somewhere in the middle. I was very happy because it was a Christmas gift and it arrived a couple of days before Christmas. Beautiful products. Would 100% order again.
Really long wait
It took 23 days to receive my order. Your website should offer clear information that items will be coming from Ukraine and take weeks to arrive. Also disappointed that the spoon carving kit did not offer any tips or suggestions for beginners.

Nice product bad the hole rest
The product is nice the problem is that the shipping took more time than said you didn't know before web it was going to arrive and when it arrived they asked for the shipment payment which would not be a problem in itself the point is they said nothing about it or I have overseen it I don't know

Regarding the extra payment, taxes and customs duties are set and collected by the receiving country, not by us. For EU orders, VAT (around 20%) may be charged upon delivery, and for orders of €150 or more, additional customs duties can apply. Horrible customer service. I’m not able to rate the product because I don’t even have it yet after more than a month. I’m awaiting Beavercraft to contact UPS to update where my package is.

That the shipping will take awhile.
The shipping has to improve tremendously. The knife I got was a very nice knife very happy more than happy if you understand what I’m trying to say the leather sheath on the other hand, I think it’s a little flimsy but will do the job. On the sheet I think needs to be a little bit thicker leather, a little stiffer other than that very good product.
