Derek was patient, thorough, and incredibly helpful throughout our initial onboarding call. He paused after every section to make sure all of my questions were answered and took the time to explain the program details clearly. I recently had a CARS preparation session with Joe Narusis through BeMo, and it was extremely helpful. During the session, we reviewed a practice passage that I had completed as homework and discussed the different types of questions commonly tested in the MCAT CARS section. Joe clearly explained the three main question types, how to identify each one, and the best strategies for approaching and answering them correctly. One of the most valuable lessons from the session was learning to stay focused on what the passage itself is saying rather than introducing my own assumptions or outside knowledge into my answers. Joe broke down the reasoning behind the correct answers in a way that was easy to understand and apply. The session was interactive, practical, and tailored to my needs. By the end of the meeting, I felt much more comfortable identifying question types and approaching CARS passages with a clear strategy.
