The website was easy to navigate through when placing order. I was a little concerned of blurring because I had blown up the picture, but it turned out beautiful. My friend has already requested the company’s name because her 2 dogs are aging and she loved it too!
Website was very user friendly, and the customer service was EXECPTIONAL!! I had to make a change after my order was put in and they were very understanding and accommodating. They also recommended a larger size for my item due to the quality of what I wanted. I am so glad for the recommendation, it turned out perfect and they made my pictures fit to the space needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely use them again for future gifting as well as for personal use. THANK YOU for a wonderful gift!
The order was placed with clear instructions and the tools built in were easy navigate. Correspondence with service requests was responsive and provided status along the way and the product was delivered on time and looks very impressive. This was a first anniversary gift to my wife and she loves it.

they ship from Hong Kong, never received my order, called the CO number it's just a front with automated voice asking to leave a message. no order received and no refund and no response from anyone. company is a chinese scam

I want to preface this review with the fact that I have not received my package yet and it has been over 2 weeks since I ordered it. I am leery as to if it will be delivered at this point but am still hopeful. If it turns out like the mockup, I know I'll be very pleased. Until I receive it, I can't give it any real kind of review outside of the process to order which went really well. My only complaint is that it would be ideal to show something common in comparison to the sizes to give a better idea. I received the order but was fearful it was a scam. I even sent an email. All of it was unnecessary and the product was better than I expected. I am very pleased by my purchase.

I ordered a 60th anniversary gift and paid $35 extra for expedited shipping. They lied and said it was on its way when it actually was not. They mailed it after the date it was supposed to be delivered. I have politely asked for a refund of my extra shipping and my emails have been ignored. They really should be refunding me the entire cost.

I was Google-shopping for a personalized Christmas gift for our family member, for something special. Happened across this site, and gave it a shot. At first, I had second thoughts, but I ended up just letting it go. To be honest, I really wasn’t expecting anything amazing from here, expecting pretty low quality bc I’ve never heard of this place before, but the order was already in and just said “f* it”. A couple weeks later, it finally comes in. To say I was blow away would be an understatement. Now I don’t know anyone from this place, nor have I ever done business with the in the past. The quality was amazing and the pictures came out perfectly clear with no blemishes, spots, fading, misplacement or anything. It was exactly as I hoped. The texture was super soft and clean- I was seriously impressed. Blown away. Again- was expecting mediocre at best prior to getting it. Not to mention , our family member loved it just as much as us. So,- Perfect! Would definitely recommend and will possibly order again next year for Christmas gift(s).
