**EDIT** WOW WOW WOW. I can’t believe the level of urgency that the team took to make things right. Not only did they take care of the problems that I had, but they ended up going above and beyond to make sure the experience I had from the beginning was replicated! I appreciate the team over at Best Brilliance! **EDIT** The team over is working diligently to solve these issues. I spoke with Adam, and he was and he truly cared about the experience i’ve had so far. **ORIGINAL** I had a great experience initially with Best Brilliance — the communication with my rep before receiving the ring was honestly 10/10. Everything felt smooth, responsive, and professional during the buying process. However, things completely changed after I received the ring. When I reached out regarding issues, I got no response at all. Just one day after receiving the ring, I was notified that the warranty was void, which was extremely frustrating, especially since there was a complimentary warranty promotion advertised with the purchase. On top of that, after only a couple weeks of consistent wear, the ring turned cloudy, and I went with one of the highest quality options. I chose one of the higher-tier qualities expecting better durability. Overall, the lack of post-purchase support and the quality issues were very disappointing. Based on this experience, I can’t see myself purchasing from Best Brilliance again.

This is my second order from this company. I originally had a not so pleasant experience with the order arriving outside of the delivery frame. Paul and Adam were super helpful and ended up giving me a resolution that I was happy with. Definitely will consider purchasing again and the shipping delay wasn’t their fault but they still made up for it anyway. If you have an issue, just reach out to them and they will work with you on making sure you’re satisfied.

I wanted to purchase a lab grown diamond because after all the researching, more bang for the buck! But, I was very skeptical about online purchases for a diamond ring. After talking with a few companies, I went with Best Brilliance. It was the correct choice. Initially I spoke to Paul and then Julieanne. Both reassured me that they would be there in the beginning and later if I needed something. The zoom call with Julieanne was awesome and covered everything and was not pushing one way or the other. She provided the best info for my choice. The ring shipped in time and arrived in time. Once I was able to see the ring in person, oh my goodness!! It was stunning. Couldn’t be more pleased.
