I have not had a great experience it's past the five business days that my wire transfer was supposed to be in my account.
Hi Charles, ACH payouts typically take 2 to 5 business days to be completed. Since your transaction was processed yesterday, you can expect to receive your funds sometime next week. Thank you for your patience! Regards, Harry L. Customer Support Team
BetNow restricts accounts severely. For example, the deposit bonuses are tricks with insanely high rollovers so that your money is held hostage. Additionally, they limit the wagering amounts severely so that you cannot achieve the rollover amount and make a withdrawal. Once you do attempt a payout they once again have insane limits so that you can only take out a very minimal amount at a time, and they only allow one payout per month. BetNow has many tricks and they all are focused on making sure you cannot access your winnings.
Hi Curtis, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that when choosing a bonus during deposit, the rollover terms are clearly stated before confirmation, and acceptance is entirely optional. Best regards, Harry L. Customer Support Team

Your pay out is a joke you do everything in your power not to pay i sent my documents 20 times and was verified you still didn't pay stay away from this company people account verification thats your excuse I was verified several times then when I requested a payout u told me my address didn't match then I sent that and you gave me another reason until you didn't have to pay your crooks plain and simple tell the people how much I sent you all together then tell them how much you sent me all together zero is how much you sent me do to all your bs and verification bs I sent all the documents you ask for at least 20 times in the process still you didn't pay
Hi Alex, We take account security and verification very seriously to protect your funds. Account verification is especially important when an account shares information with a previous one, as our policy strictly allows only one account per account holder. Please contact our support team directly with your details so we can review your specific case. Best regards, Harry L. Customer Support Team
