John did such an amazing job on our paddles! Everything we perfect and he even helped us design a custom movie reel paddle! Great customer service and speedy shopping! Only use better bidders for your products paddle needs!
Great quality paddles most importantly! The paw prints were perfect for our animal shelter's fundraiser. We received numerous compliments from attendees about them.
When we realized we'd have many more guests at our event than previously planned, we were in a bind--our regular auction paddle vendor couldn't produce additional paddles in time for the event. When we messaged John through the live contact function on the website, he was responsive and solution-focused. We ended up receiving additional paddles that nearly matched our existing ones a full day before our event, and the quality is fantastic. If you are looking for top-notch customer service or have seemingly impossible turnaround time, I highly recommend Better Bidders!
Amazing service and the most unique and quality made bid paddle for our event! We look forward to using Better Bidders again!
John was easy to reach and very helpful. We had ordered bid paddles from him a few years ago and he had that order information on hand to help us order replacements for a few. I appreciate his availability and professionalism.
Very timely, great quality! Had to air them out a bit since they had a strong chemical smell
Easy to work with and Great Customer Service. Couldn't ask for a better business to work with when needing Auction Paddles last minute. Quite happy with the quality and care they took for us.
Great company! I had such a great experience working with Better Bidders. They were able to handle my rush order for custom auction paddles with no issues. The paddles shipped and arrived in perfect condition. I appreciate the ease of the transaction and would absolutely be a return customer.
Ordering was easy and they arrived on time. Great quality!
John, was great to work with, he went above and beyond to get my order to me with my time line. The product is top notch quality. He was very responsive and professional through out the entire process. I received the order two days earlier than requested. Exceptional service. Highly recommended to do business with John.
We have ordered paddles from Better Bidders many years in a row for our annual charity event. John is always very quick to respond and very communicative. The paddles are durable and exactly as ordered. I can’t recommend them enough
Great bidder paddles! The communication was great. We are pleased with the customer service and product.
My experience with Better Bidders was amazing! I was able to order my auction paddles easily and they were here before our event date. John responded quickly to any questions I had about my order and assured me I would be happy. I will recommend Better Bidders and use them again in the future!
John at Better Bidders was very responsive to questions and extremely helpful.
Better Bidders was exceptionally flexible and reliable. They were able to fulfill a very large order on short notice AND make last minute changes for a high profile event. Highly recommend.
John is amazing and has great attention to detail. It's always great working with him and the product is always on point!
We have ordered from Better Bidders twice. Once with a very short turnaround time. John has come through each time.
We have used Better Bidders for many years! They are always so fast and reliable! Lost paddles are so easy to replace just the numbers you need! Highly recommend!
The whole process was easy, and the company helped ASAP with any questions brought up. The timeline of production and delivery were on point. The quality and production material were awesome, and we received a lot of positive comments on these paddles at our event.
This is our second time working with John and Better Bidders and another happy experience. We got custom designed paddles based on sketches we shared and we were very happy with how they turned out. Paddles arrived in plenty of time for the event and guests were impressed. They seem to hold up well, even with choosing the BasicPro level of paddle. We'll be able to use these year after year and we are excited to use the fill-in option next year.
