I am very disappointed with my first interaction with this game. First my deposit got lost, I sent him proof showing it was sent in, I was met with we really don't know what happened, sometimes it can take a little while, if it doesn't work you'll get your money back within 3 days, it's like they don't even know their own system. Then you have the free spins, what it doesn't tell you is it's one specific game, so I started spinning and realizing it was spending my money. I went back to support and they said no you have to play such and such a game, I went looking for the game I found one with the same name but it had another word at the end of it again thought it was in free spins used up the rest of my money. I went back to support then they said oh no you have to go to the rewards section and you'll see the free spins in there, so it went to a game that had piddly wins, I took what I made from that and left I won't be coming back. I did update my stars on my review, after I had left my one star review, I was contacted by Betty. They explain things better to me, apologized, and did give me some bonus spins. I'm still going to leave my initial response up because that's how I felt, but I updated to a four-star because they went out of their way to make this right
