I took a long break from this app, months, honestly . and I just came back to try playing again. Oh my God… this app is truly disappointing. When you contact customer support, they hit you with this robotic “AI-style” explanation about why you’re not winning, instead of giving real help. I don’t like being scammed. That is why I recommend anyone that experiences a problem dispute the charge on the credit card. Don’t listen to their lies about all sales are final.. you will win, especially with any kind of documentation or proof you will definitely win and get your money back. It obvious this was done on purpuse to deceive people because when you hit the search bar that game was the first suggested game and that’s on any account. These people are very ignorant and greedy.
