I purchased the Dermal Repair Complex with the wait and see attitude. Much to my surprise I have already seen a difference in my hair and my energy level - for the positive. I turned around and ordered more! In my order I received a sample of the Facial Defining Overnight Mask and really liked it so I placed an order to include it with my regular order. Sadly this item was missing from the order. I emailed them to let them know. There wasn't any hassle, they QUICKLY sent the product to me with an apology. Not only do I like the product(s) but I'm impressed with the customer service.

Possible scam!
I watched their promo for deep wrinkle serum which took quite a bit of my time. Then I ordered their product at the best savings option (the most product for the least price….I think it was 6 tubes). I thought I would be safe doing so since they have a try and guarantee window where if not satisfied you can get a refund. Then, after processing my order, the receipt came up saying I had ordered eyebrow serum! They asked me 3 times if I wanted to ADD eyebrow serum to my order and each time I clicked “No thanks”. Then my order was processed and my receipt came up saying I had ordered eyebrow serum; NO MENTION AT ALL ON THE PRODUCT I HAD ACTUALLY ORDERED… the deep wrinkle cream! I called and was told all they could do is refund my payment and it would show up on my credit card in 5-7 days! I asked couldn’t they just transfer my payment to the correct product. Not possible! So I just wasted my time (all-in-all at least an hour from watching their promotional video and then trying to correct the order) and now they have my cc info. I suspect scam. They should owe me free product after all of this hassle.

They really do work …
So I was using these tablets for quite a few years and it dawned on me maybe they're not that great and your wasting your money, so about 6 months ago I stopped buying them Anyway recently I looked in the mirror and thought omg your skin is wrinkly and you are looking old (I am old 🤣) I thought I'd do an experiment and try them again so I received my order a month ago and I've taken them every day and today I looked in the mirror and those obvious wrinkles have all disappeared, I kid you not. I am taking this for the rest of my life so don't you guys retire any time soon 🤣🥰

Im possible to cancel. I delayed my subscriptions until 8.12.26. and it was confirmed. Then I cancelled and they shipped it the next day and charged my card.

Give Dermal Repair Complex a try….you just may find what you have been missing!
I’ve been using this product for years but to be honest my journey with a lot of products has been on and off. This hasn’t been because of my choice but my health and finances. If it were up to me I’d use DRC continuously and I do always come back. It does improve my overall skin and thickens and grows my hair and nails EVERYTIME I start again. I believe so many products we all choose all depends upon if It’ll work for ME? Everyone should try if your one of the that mesh with the ingredients in this formula!!!

Dermal Repair and Metabolic Reset
I have taken the Dermal Repair for only a few days, but my skin feels better and less fragile. For months I have taken Metabolic Reset. That is terrific! I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis and the left thyroid gland removed. Stabilizing my medication has been a struggle for the last 2 years UNTIL I started with the Meta pills. I feel so much better. Great products - great return policy (if needed) that encourages one to try the product. Of benefit would be how the various products interact, can be used together - for example if I have 'x' would 'y' really be of benefit together.
Dermal repair complex overall good skin toner
Dermal repair complex keeps my arms relatively free of sagging although I do work out 5 times a week. However I do feel it helps. I look and feel physically younger than my 65 years and people do a double take when asked my age. I also take Collagen glow up for skin hair and nails. So the combination works very well.

I have experienced the same issue multiple times. My orders keep getting canceled without any clear explanation. When I called customer service, I was told to send an email. I emailed them as instructed, but never received a response. I am now having to track down my refund and am still unsure whether it will be processed. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to friends or family. Buyers should proceed with caution.
