Hello Adam. Are you sure your order came from Big D CBD. The last order I am seeing that was placed by you was in August of 2025. I am thinking you may have ordered a product from a different company otherwise I cannot imagine it would take a year for this review to come in. Please make sure you received the item from Big D CBD.

The process was kinda sketchy for me
The process was kinda sketchy for me. I made an order and didn’t hear anything or get anything for over a week. With that being said when I did call I got someone who was very helpful and got everything straight. They should give out discount codes with orders. This isn’t much to come back to.

Hello Brandon. It looks like your order was placed on a Friday evening before a Holiday weekend. We are not open on Saturdays and Sundays to ship orders out and then we were closed on that Monday for Memorial Day. We were then closed again on the 27th for another holiday that is celebrated by people who work in the company. With that being said, I do understand that your order took a little longer than it normally would. However, when ordering over a long Holiday weekend, it is always best to order on a Wednesday or Thursday to ensure we have enough time to get the order processed, packed, and shipped before the holiday weekend comes along.

Big D CBD After purchase discounts-Gone?
Big D CBD used to offer discounts for buying additional products at check out, actually after you purchased what you wanted. They gave you a couple of chances, the second one being twice the discount of the first one. That has happened every time every time until last time. I was counting on that discount and ended up paying full retail for almost everything I bought. Now I am going to have to search local smoke shops and other companies and see what they offer. I have major spinal issues and use these products for pain relief, so price is important.

Hello John. I apologize that you are unhappy about that discount being removed from our site. However, it looks like you utilized the NEW discount that we are currently offering to our customers. Discount BUY2GET1FREE -$16.95 This discount used on your most recent order saved you $16.95 by getting one of the products for free. The previous discount maxed out at 15% off of your entire order. With that being said, the 15% would have only given you $16.61 off of your order. The discount we came of with is the most comparable discount without having to go through a third party platform. :) I hope this helps explain how/why our discounts have changed over the past couple of months and if you have any further questions, please feel free to let me know.
