After subscribing to Bioma Probiotics for several years my 3-month supply was sent to the wrong address and Bioma was unwilling to reship to my correct address. I attempted to change my address in my account, but was unable to login (my password wasn’t accepted and would not update). Bioma does not have a customer service telephone number and their email address is difficult to find (particularly when I couldn’t get into my account), which is why the shipment was sent to the wrong address. Bioma chose to rigidly adhere to an address change policy of 72 hours notice that is buried in their “Term of Service, 6.10”. Given that my password would not update so I was not able to access my account, and it was extremely challenging to find the customer service web address and there is NO telephone contact number, it was not at all clear how to do an address change. Bottomline, their product is effective, but customer service is terrible so I cancelled my subscription.

I had no idea I was buying into a subscription until it was already ordered. When I tried to cancel they charged me to cancel!!!! I tried their GLP-1 capsules for a month and actually gained weight! I would try something else if you want real results.
