My dress arrived 1 week after ordering. The product listing and fit information made it easy to order the right size. My dress fits perfectly, no $300 tailoring bill like my last bridesmaid dress. 3 of the 4 bridesmaids in the wedding party similarly don’t need alterations. I’m not much of a review person but I’m a huge fan of Birdy Grey after this experience.
The pictures are a little misleading because it shows the bow tie already tied but it doesn’t come that way! And it’s cheaper to just keep them and learn than it is to return them because you have to pay a fee to “restock” them!
I had issues with thief packaging and birdy grey helped me out very kindly and sent me a replacement suit without any extra hassle or trouble. Thank you guys

The suit is lovely. However, the entire exchange/return refund process was very confusing. I had to just re purchase a second jacket. I hope I can get my money back for the first one rather than the “e-gift card” that was supposed to pay for the exchange. So confused.

I been trying to find my bridesmaid dresses. I ordered some swashes I just got them in today, they came in pretty quickly. I love all the colors, the swashes gave me more of a perspective on what I want I found the colors I wanna go with thankfully!
Dress for phenomenal and the delivery time was excellent.

The packaged was left at a completely different location which caused it to be stolen. It wa left 20 doors down from my apartment.
