This company solicits positive trustpilot reviews by offering expedited redeem quests. This company would not honor my rightfully earned redeem. They claimed I had "abused" promotions when all I did was play the games as I was allowed to on the site. Then when I played through the balance again doing "non abusive" play, they told me I needed to hit 2x my purchase balance to be eligible for a redemption, including a redemption that was already processed (I still haven't gotten it btw). Imagine going to a casino, buying chips, then them telling you you needed to win 3x your balance back to cash out. Ridiculous. This was also not in the ToS when I originally purchased, or I would have never touched this site. They were trying to rug a winner, plain and simple. Don't play here when there are dozens of reputable alternatives that don't pull moving-the-goalpost BS when you win fair and square. update: they did honor the pending redemption at least.

This is one of the worst casinos and most predatory casinos I’ve ever played on. I play on over a hundred casinos and if you look at my profile only a few really bad ones force me to leave reviews. To receive negative review from me you have to be exceptionally scam operations. This site qualifies as I’ll detail below. The main issue with this site is it’s a scam that won’t pay out legitimate redemptions and will attempt to impose arbitrary and absurd requirements. For example normally it’s 1x playthrough to withdraw. BUT they have a clause that they THINK gives them the right to change the requirements if they arbitrarily label you as “bonus abuser” My redemption was denied and this was the reasoning behind it “In addition to satisfying the applicable wagering requirements, players must achieve winnings equal to at least two (2) times the value of their purchased SC package before redemption requests become eligible for processing.” I deposited $500 and they claimed that I needed to play the balance up to $1,000 to redeeem. I’ve never in my entire life seen anything like this. How can a site require you to double your winnings in order to deposit???? My mind is blown by the creative ways these casinos are starting to try to scam consumers. If you ever come out ahead and make profit you can expect to deal with the above mentioned shenanigan. This is a massive scam. Be warned

Requested a simple bank withdrawal of $60. It says “Completed” but the money never arrived in my bank. They sent it via Solana crypto to a wallet I don’t own or control. Support admits they use Coinflow crypto rails but won’t give me a proper ACH reference number or proof it reached my bank. I’ve been given the runaround for days with vague promises and no real answers. Multiple chats and still nothing. If you’re thinking of playing on Bitsky.bet, be careful with withdrawals — they might send your money into crypto land instead of your bank account. **Will update if resolved** If this is still up the review is still accurate ***UPDATE*** I Received the $60 withdraw in my account this morning.
