Charged my Deceased Mother, No Refund
I'm convinced every review on Trustpilot has been a lie regarding Blidz. My mother signed onto a free trial in March, died before the month was over, and then was charged, obviously before she could cancel. We could not get into her account to unsubscribe, and she had put down my brother's card details, so he was unfortunately the one charged. No matter. We cancelled his card and got a new one, and moved on to more important matters like her funeral and where my younger siblings would be living. A few months later, to our surprise, they somehow manage to find my brother's new card details and have charged him a whopping $75. I immediately email their "support" address and end up speaking with the most horrible team I've ever experienced before. Her membership is cancelled, but they tell me they will not give me a refund. And when I argue that none of us even knew of Blidz existence aside from those random charges, and were unable to log into her account to use their services, I was given a screenshot of something my mother had ordered, with the date clipped out of it, so that they could try to gaslight me into thinking we had ordered something from them. They sent me the same terms and services over and over, and refused to give my brother his money back. I think they're horrible, and even if they're not a scam, they're close enough to one.
