I have ordered the silk pillowcases for aprox 10years. I am a repeat customer many times over. Every one in my immediate family has received Blissy Silk Pillowcases. There is always a SPECIAL on their site and that is when I do my yearly Xmas order. Tomorrow's Good Friday Surprise Sale was amazing. I bought $301.00 worth of Blissy including one pink queen pillowcase, 3 scrunchy pak, 1 sleep mask and a Blissy Detangle Brush and I paid $112.85 plus tax. My niece will be thrilled. She knows that her Dad loves his Blissy Pillowcases. I have had one zipper problem in all of these years and they replaced my Granddaughters pillowcases promptly. Judy Walker Brandon, Mb , Canada
Deceptive Marketing, Awful Customer Service, Do Not Waste Your Time
When I visited their website I received a popup telling me that if I gave them my email address I would be given a 60% off coupon. I handed over my personal information in exchange for this promised discount. I did receive a discount code, with no terms and conditions attached to it, from their support email address shortly after. However, the coded was non-functional. When entered at checkout I only received a message saying that I needed to enter a valid code. I am certain I was doing so, and I informed them of the issue by email and phone. The emails have gone unanswered for more than a week now, and the outcome of every phone call was that a supervisor would have to handle the situation but none were available but would call me back between 1-48 hours. More than a week has passed since I was originally promised that.
The reviews here are just people that have been invited! Just look at their website and what people have said about them online. The real product is overpriced and low quality DO NOT BUY!

I love and can’t live without my Blissy pillowcases. I have many pillows on my bed, but even though the other pillows are a very high thread count and luxurious my Blissy pillowcase beats them all. I also use every day blissy scrunchies. I just can’t use anything else. I don’t know how I lived without Blissy all these years.

Love the feel and coolness of the pillowcases. The zipper doesn’t get in the way and keeps the pillow from sliding out. I use king sized European goose down and the cases make the pillows even more marshmallow fluffy.

Everything blissy is great! Highly recommend all of their products. I buy the night goggles and have gifted a few, good for traveling! They wash well. And the duvets and inserts are comfortable and easy to care for. Have not been disappointed yet.

I hand wash in Martha’s Eucalyptus wool wash, they quickly line dry and I prefer not to iron them. The Queen fits a regular pillow and with the zip feature it stays on. My hair isn’t so morning messy.

While I love using the Blissey pillowcases for my hair and skin, I am very disappointed in the fact that one of the cases, a couple of months after I purchased them and used them as recommended, the seams unraveled. There is obviously not enough seam allowance. I expect much better quality from such an expensive item.
Blissy gives shoppers concrete material details instead of relying only on beauty language. Its pillowcases are made from 22-momme, Grade 6A mulberry silk, carry OEKO-TEX certification, and are machine washable. The premium price is easier to assess when the specifications are this clear.
